Tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) and its derivatives are now being highly concerned due to their emerging environmental occurrence and deleterious effects on non-target organisms. Considering the potential neurotoxicity of TBBPA derivatives which has been demonstrated in vitro, what could happen in vivo is worthy of being studied. Tetrabromobisphenol A bis(2-hydroxyethyl ether) (TBBPA-BHEE), a representative TBBPA derivative, was selected for a 21-day exposure experiment on neonatal Sprague Dawley (SD) rats through intranasal administration. The neurobehavioral, histopathological changes, and differentially expressed genes based on RNA microarray were investigated to evaluate the neurological effects of this chemical. The results indicated that TBBPA-BHEE exposure significantly compromised the motor co-ordination performance and the locomotor activities (p < 0.05). The neurobehavioral phenotype could be attributed to the obvious histopathological changes in both cerebrum and cerebellum, such as neural cell swelling, microglial activation and proliferation. A total of 911 genes were up-regulated, whereas 433 genes were down-regulated. Gene set enrichment analysis showed multiple signaling pathways, including ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis and wingless-int (Wnt) signaling pathway etc. were involved due to TBBPA-BHEE exposure. The gene ontology enrichment analysis showed the basic cellular function and the neurological processes like synaptic transmission were influenced. The toxicological effects of TBBPA-BHEE observed in this study suggested the potential neuronal threaten from unintended exposure, which would be of great value in the biosafety evaluation of TBBPA derivatives.  相似文献

为验证一种水稻田非点源污染原位观测方法的准确性和适应性,以北京市上庄镇某试验水稻田为例,应用原位观测方法分别在水稻田进水口附近(4#观测点)和出水口附近(2#观测点)安装水位计观测稻田水深,利用同步观测的降雨数据以及田内5个采样点定期采集的水质数据,进行非点源污染试验研究,探究基于同一块水稻田不同位置的水深观测数据是否对该方法的应用产生影响.结果表明:①晒田期间,由于4#观测点处于相对低洼的位置,其水深数据显示4 d的无水期,与实际晒田时间相符,而2#观测点水深数据显示10 d无水.②基于2#、4#观测点水深数据得到总蒸散发和渗漏损失、总径流量以及灌溉量的相对偏差分别为1.3%、1.0%、1.8%;应用原位观测方法估算出该水稻田的灌溉量在2 620~2 710 m3之间.③基于2#、4#观测点水深得到的TN、NH4+-N、NO3--N、TP、CODCr输出系数的相对偏差在0.8%~8.0%之间.研究显示:水位计安装位置对原位观测方法应用的影响不大,且主要体现在晒田期的水深观测,建议将水位计安装在稻田相对低洼处,以确保能够完整地监测水稻生长季的水深变化;应用该方法能准确识别水稻田的径流量和灌溉量,对具有多个径流出口的水稻田非点源污染试验具有较好的准确性和适应性.   相似文献

由于大气是一个复杂介质,低层大气中湍流的存在使物质和能量的交换很剧烈,污染物的扩散传输现象明显.对不同高度不同区域的低层大气做立体观测,获取气态污染物浓度分布最直接的资料很有必要.综合利用地面观测站点、系留气球和飞机平台,于2016年11月25—26日在天津武清高村一次污染天气条件下对NOx和O3进行立体观测,得到了污染物的地面、垂直和低空区域分布特征,并结合气象因子进行分析研究.观测结果表明,地面$\varphi $(NOx)水平较高,日均值为230×10-9,超过了GB 3095—2012《环境空气质量标准》二级标准的限值,反映了高村冬季较高的污染水平,主要受当地交通源排放的影响.$\varphi $(NOx)随高度的上升呈下降趋势,受风速的影响明显,主要积聚在逆温层以下.低空$\varphi $(NOx)市区高于郊区,而处于更远郊区的高村$\varphi $(NOx)与市区相当,也反映了高村本地较高的NOx污染.高村地面$\varphi $(O3)低,日最大8 h平均值为8×10-9,反映了冬季低温辐射弱、光化学反应强度低的特点.随高度增加$\varphi $(O3)呈上升趋势,垂直分布特征主要与温度层结有关.低空$\varphi $(O3)呈郊区高于市区,高村(远郊区)高于近郊区的特征.研究显示,$\varphi $(NOx)的升高导致$\varphi $(O3)下降,这可能与高村冬季的$\varphi $(VOCs)/$\varphi $(NOx)偏低有关,需要结合VOCs观测数据做进一步分析.   相似文献

快速发展的城市化可极大地加剧全球变暖背景下我国局地和区域的增温效应,然而有关不同城市的局地增温效应及其空间分布特征的认识相对薄弱.基于1981~2017年气象观测和ERA-5气候再分析数据,通过城乡对比法(UMR)和观测减去再分析方法(OMR)对比分析了中国92个主要城市的城市化对局地增温的贡献.结果表明,过去37 a,所有城市的气温均呈显著增加态势,且最低温度增速整体上明显高于最高温度,尤其北方城市;OMR和UMR方法所估算的城市化增温效应差异大,UMR方法整体上可能严重低估城市化对气温升高的影响;OMR方法结果表明,大部分城市的城市化对气温升高起促进作用[平均增温趋势和贡献率分别达0.26℃·(10 a)-1和46.7%],尤其是最低气温;不同区域城市化增温效应差异大,东南地区增温贡献最大,西北地区最低.结果强调了城市化增温效应的极大时空异质性以及不同方法估算结果的巨大差异,未来需加强乡村对比气象站点的建设.  相似文献

以云量、风速、风向、温度3类地面气象观测数据的获取方法为研究对象,探讨如何规范地面气象观测数据在模型中的标准化应用.结合我国2008年颁布的《环境影响评价技术导则 大气环境》推荐的模型AERMOD对所需要的地面气象数据需求,并以内蒙古自治区正蓝旗上都电厂SO2实测数据为验证数据,在模型其他输入参数不变的情况下,利用试验站10min和1h地面气象数据,并分别以低云量和总云量代替蔽光云量,设置4种情景.其中,情景一使用试验站10min地面气象数据,并用低云量代替蔽光云量.与情景一相比,情景二使用总云量代替蔽光云量,情景三使用1h地面气象数据,情景四使用试验站1h地面气象数据,并用总云量代替蔽光云量.4种情景除了上述不同点,其他地面气象参数均相同.结果表明,在4种情景中,情景二、三、四的FB值均小于情景一,更靠近0.关于RHCR值,情景三和四更靠近于1,分别为1.33和1.41,表明在预测高端值时,情景三和四的效果更好.情景二的RHCR值为1.51,大于情景三,说明风相较于云对模型模拟结果影响更大.由FB值、RHCR值以及Q—Q图的综合分析得出,情景四的模拟值更接近实际监测值,其采用的地面气象数据全面符合本研究所推荐的数据标准化应用方法, 规范了模型数据标准化应用,提升了大气环境影响评价预测精度.  相似文献

目的 对热带海洋环境氯离子开展立体化观测,掌握热带海洋环境下大气氯离子浓度在空间上的分布规律,为海洋大气环境下装备产品和重大工程服役环境研究提供立体化观测数据支撑。方法 在观测海岸线附近科学选点,采用无人机搭载远程控制大气采样器开展大气氯离子浓度立体化观测,对不同空间高度氯离子浓度分布规律进行分析。结果 成功采集万宁某海岸线附近1 km×300 m×100 m区域1 a以上氯离子浓度数据,通过GIS技术分析并建立了氯离子浓度分布三维场,实现了氯离子浓度可视化,并随离海距离、离地高度剖切显示。结论 海南万宁某区域海岸线附近氯离子浓度在冬季最大,夏季最低,且在一定观测范围内,随观测高度增加而先增大、后降低,随离海距离增大而逐渐降低。  相似文献

This article explores the pioneering potential of communal visual-optic histories which are recorded, painted, documented, or otherwise expressed. These materials provide collective meanings of an image or visual material within a specific cultural group. They potentially provide a new method for monitoring and documenting changes to ecosystem health and species distribution, which can effectively inform society and decision makers of Arctic change. These visual histories can be positioned in a continuum that extends from rock art to digital photography. They find their expressions in forms ranging from images to the oral recording of knowledge and operate on a given cultural context. For monitoring efforts in the changing boreal zone and Arctic, a respectful engagement with visual histories can reveal emerging aspects of change. The examples from North America and case studies from Eurasia in this article include Inuit sea ice observations, Yu’pik visual traditions of masks, fish die-offs in a sub-boreal catchment area, permafrost melt in the Siberian tundra and early, first detection of a scarabaeid beetle outbreak, a Southern species in the Skolt Sámi area. The pros and cons of using these histories and their reliability are reviewed.  相似文献

Objectives: Pedestrian crashes are a critical problem in Latin American countries. However, little research has been published about pedestrians and even less about their behaviors in a naturalistic context. The objective of the present research was to explore risky pedestrian crossing behaviors in traffic intersections in an argentine city (Ushuaia). It is focused in different stages of the crossing process, traffic code violations, and other potentially risky behaviors such as distractions. A high frequency of risky behaviors among pedestrians was expected. Moreover, according to previous findings, it was hypothesized that men and younger pedestrians would show riskier behaviors.

Methods: Participants were 802 pedestrians (53.9% females) observed at several intersections (with and without traffic lights) in the city of Ushuaia. Behaviors were codified following a standardized observation protocol. Observers documented information on behavior previous to, during, and after crossing. Gender and age were also registered. Data were gathered through video recording. Frequency analyses of observed behaviors were conducted for the total sample, as well as by gender and by age group. A general crossing risk index was calculated to facilitate comparisons between the genders and age groups. We conducted an analysis of variance to evaluate gender and age differences for this index.

Results: A high proportion of risky behaviors were observed among pedestrians. The majority of pedestrian waited in the street (as opposed to on the sidewalk) before crossing, did not comply with traffic lights, or crossed outside the crosswalk. A large number of pedestrians were distracted while crossing. Men presented higher scores on risky behaviors than women. No differences were observed by age group.

Conclusions: The high level of risk behaviors during the different stages of street crossing is worrisome and reinforces the idea that pedestrians are responsible for many of the conflicts with motorists. Many of the risky behaviors seem to be associated with gender, which is in line with the previous literature showing more risk behaviors among men than among women. No differences were found for age group. Findings are interpreted considering some features of the Argentine road culture.  相似文献
